Broad beans (Fava beans)

Broad Beans (or Fava Beans) were originally native to North Africa and the South of Asia. The growing of broad beans goes back to 6000 BC making it one of the oldest plants cultivated by humans. Broad beans are rich in fibre and vitamin A and are an excellent source of protein. Product of Australia using beans grown in VIC, SA and NSW.
